*ADDITIONAL RENTAL TERMS ARE IN THE BIG SHOALS BOUNCE HOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Customer must be present at time of delivery. Client must be a minimum of 21 years of age to rent and sign rental contract. Client may call our office on the day of delivery for an estimated time of delivery. Estimated delivery times are NOT GUARANTEED, and are subject to change. We will always make our best effort to deliver your equipment before your event is scheduled to start. Customer must sign the rental agreement before or upon delivery before the equipment can be set up. The delivery driver will not set up the equipment if customer refuses to sign the agreement. Scheduled rental rates begin when equipment is setup and continue until packed up, whether equipment is used or not. Equipment responsibility resides with the customer when rental rate charges begin. Rental rates are charged based on a eight hour rental time. Rentals less than eight hours will still be charged at the eight hour minimum rate. The inflatable bouncer can only be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, dirt, or any other surface that is relatively flat. Space needed for unit 20’ x 20’ x 20’. Customer is responsible for electrical and water requirements. Customer must ensure that setup area is dry and clean. Please confirm that any watering system is inoperable, and set up area is not wet/soggy. Wet/soggy areas will cause set up to be canceled at customer’s full rental price. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the weather conditions for the event date. Absolutely no refunds will be given due to inclement weather - rescheduled dates will be offered subject to availability. Slightly sloped driveways are okay. A walk through will be done by the delivery driver to ensure the setup meets requirements. There must be at least 2 feet of extra space around the perimeter of the bouncer. The entrance side of the bouncer should be facing an open area. We don’t encourage set ups near swimming pools. Adult supervision MUST be present at all times.
WARNING!! - ABSOLUTELY NO:
*Silly string, Shoes, Glasses, Candy, Gum, Sprays, Food, Soda, Or Other Sticky Substances.
*If upon pick up, cleaning is necessary, a $100.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed on your credit card.
*No wrestling, flips, piling, bouncing on sides or doorway of the bouncer; No pulling on the net, wet feet, or wet clothing for any reason.
*All inflatables must be anchored at all 4 corners at all times.
Damaged / Missing / Stolen Equipment Terms
Lessee agrees to pay a minimum of $5,000.00 in costs for replacement or repair of equipment plus reimbursement of any reasonable attorney fees which may be incurred by lessor’s agents, employees, or affiliates in defense of any such claim, demand action, or right of action if equipment is damaged, stolen or is missing any components owned by Big Shoals Bounce House Rentals during Lessee's custody of rental equipment.
Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for delivery to areas outside our Shoals area base of operations. Remember, prices do not include sales tax.
Q: Do you deliver to other cities?
A: Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for additional vehicle(s), labor, lodging, etc. that travel fees for events in distant locations can be quite high. Q: Does the standard 24 hour rental time include your set up time?
A: No. We arrive between one hour to 30 minutes early to set up so you get the entire rental time to enjoy the fun!
Q: When do you set up?
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 30 mins before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 1 hour in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before your event to confirm that the client, with photo ID will be at the party location to meet our set up crew.
Q: We´ve rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A: No. The jump should be clean when you get it. BIG SHOALS BOUNCE HOUSE RENTALS, LLC. cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: Credit Cards/Debit Card with VISA or MASTER CARD logo; Discover Card and American Express. All equipment must be paid for in full for your rental to be reserved on our delivery schedule.
Q: What if we need to cancel?
A: Due to the nature of our business, booking equipment prevents the units scheduled for your event from being available for other customers to rent, so we do not offer refunds, only reschedule dates. If you have to cancel your event due to weather or other emergencies please call our office as soon as possible to arrange a reschedule date. We will do our best to accommodate you, but reschedule dates are dependent on the availability of the equipment you ordered for your initial event date.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: No deposit required.
Q: How big are the jumps?
A: Most of our jumps are jumbo-sized
15´x 15 units, which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can not rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. Also, make sure to check that the set up area you want does not have power lines which hang low, because our bouncers are tall , and need approximately 20 ft clearance vertically. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can not set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A: Yes. you may contact our office.
Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit / blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or our company to be in that situation, which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
Please sign your Big Shoals Bounce House rental agreement. By tendering payment for your bounce house rental you are agreeing to all terms as stated in our terms and conditions statement. As part of our contactless delivery procedure aimed at protecting you, your family and guests as well as our workers, we need to have all documents signed electronically and returned to us prior to your event date. If signed documents are not received 24 hours before the event date, your order will not be delivered and payment will be forfeited. Thank you, we look forward to serving you!

After hours delivery can be made for an additional charge.
All items should be assembled in a single location as specified above and ready for pick up. Not meeting these conditions will cause additional fees. ** Loss or Damage - Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from time of delivery to time of return.
